Isn't it amazing how kids are so gifted at changing our attitude toward them in an instant?
Me: "Sam be quiet! You're hurting my ears!" (Can you hear the exasperation in my voice? It was there!)
Sam: "Mommy, can I kiss your ears so they feel better?"
And then my heart melted...

Yes, we know about that! The hard thing is when you KNOW that child needs reprimanded but they say or do something SO cute that you can hardly keep a strait face! :)
Oh Sammy! We sure miss you! I can still hear your little voice calling out "Hi Dad!" as you sit in your chair, drinking juice, and watching "Nemo" ... 2 years is just way too long sometimes :( Love, Auntie Chris & Uncle Joelie & Emma
